Our treatment approach is individualized for your exact pain, injury, deficits, and goals.

We emphasize a hands-on approach that includes a thorough biomechanical assessment of how the body moves and functions to determine what specific muscle imbalances and movement impairments may be leading to dysfunction or limiting your performance.

Whether coming off of a surgery, dealing with a sports injury, or old nagging aches and pains, our goal is to determine and fix the cause of your injury.

We are trained in many of the latest assessment, treatment, and manual therapy techniques, including:

  • Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFR)

  • Tooling/Scraping Techniques (IASTM)

  • Active Release Technique (ART)

  • Static and Massage Cupping

  • Trigger Point Dry Needling

  • Dry Needling with Electrical Stimulation

  • Muscle energy techniques

  • Active isolated stretching

  • Joint mobilization and spinal manipulation

  • Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA)

  • Kinesiotaping

FAQ

DO I NEED TO SEE MY DOCTOR BEFORE STARTING PHYSICAL THERAPY?

  • No.  You are allowed to see a physical therapist without a referral from a doctor.  You can just call and make an appointment with us. Many times this saves time and money, and helps you feel better faster.  We will recommend you see a physician at times as needed.  If you have seen your doctor already, you can bring in the prescription they have given you for physical therapy.

DO YOU ACCEPT MY INSURANCE?

  • We are currently in network with nearly all major medical insurances. You can click on our "insurances accepted" page to see the list of insurances we are in network with. If we are out of network with your insurance, we do have very reasonable out of pocket payment options.

Will I have to stop participating in my sport/exercise while getting treatment?

  • Not if we can help it. Occasionally, some degree of rest is needed. However, it's often possible to continue your sport or exercise to at least some degree while we are treating your injury. There are certainly a lot of factors that go in to this. But, ideally we would like to have you continue with as much as possible while making progress with therapy. After all, nobody wants to completely stop doing what they love.
