Mom's Workout Class

Our Moms' Workout Class delivers the same HIIT workout as our standard sessions, combining strength, power, mobility, balance, and cardio, with the added convenience of allowing moms to bring their children along.
Class Details
Each class/day has a different workout programmed with classes offered throughout the week.
45-60 minute sessions
$10 per class (no obligation)
These classes may include jumping, running, and barbell movements. All movements can be modified to fit your needs!
