HIIT Class
Adult group workout combining strength, power, mobility, balance, and cardio.
Class Details
Each class/day has a different workout programmed with classes offered throughout the week.
45-60 minute sessions
$10 per class (no obligation)
12 person limit per class for improved instruction
These classes may include jumping, running, and barbell movements. All classes are ran by our Certified Strength and Conditioning Coaches who can modify all exercises as needed.
