Designed for those over 50 looking to combat muscle loss, enhance bone health, improve balance, and maximize overall function. With a structure similar to the HIIT classes but modified to suit your needs.
Class Details
Classes focus on strength, power, balance, mobility, and cardio.
45-60 minutes in length
$10 per class (no obligation)
12 person limit per class for improved instruction
Early 2021 I was having a little trouble with my right knee – arthritis had snuck in. May PT did some dry needling and gave me exercises to do at home. Getting up and down from the floor was difficult without grabbing ahold of something. Things improved and by the time the Fit Over 50 class started, I was ready to jump on board. Now I can get on the floor with our grandsons and back up again with no problem. And guess what – and not to boast – I can deadlift 185 pounds. I love this class. You can’t go to a movie and get soda and popcorn and have as much fun for ten bucks. I love this place.

Working out at May PT for almost three years has been incredibly beneficial, especially when I had my total knee replacement.
